Cheesecake

Ingredients (8 persons)

cream cheese, 500 gr.
sugar, 100 gr.
single cream, 1 dl.
eggs, 4
powdered vanilla, a little
lemon juice
crust:
flour, 250 gr.
butter, 125 gr.
egg, 1
sugar, 50 gr.
vanilla
grated peel of lemon

 

Preparation: Whip the cheese, add cream, sugar and vanilla extract. Add eggs, one by one, stirring constantly. Add the lemon juice. Pour this mixture into a mould where the crust is. Bake at 180º C for approximately 20 minutes.

When cooked and cold, let chill in the refrigerator for a while before serving.

Crust::Mix all the ingredients and let chill in the refrigerator before using it.
