Chicken drumsticks in beer

Ingredients (1 persons)

chicken drumsticks, 2
Vegetables cut into julienne strips, (onion, pepper, garlic and parsley)
Lard
beers, 2
Sherry, 1/2 cup
Clove
Bay
Thyme
Sea salt

 

Preparation: Sauté the drumsticks in a frying pan with a little oil. Add the Sherry and beers. Bake with the raw vegetables in a 135º C oven until a fork can be inserted in chicken with ease.
