Cod Stew

Ingredients

varied vegetables
cod crumbs
oil
salt
Cayenne pepper
paprika
lard

 

Preparation: Sauté the vegetables first and then the lard and a dash of cayenne pepper. Add cod (remove the salt and water first) and leave on medium heat for 10 minutes. Garnish with hard-boiled egg sprinkled with paprika and the stock from steaming the vegetables.
