Custard

Ingredients

milk, 1 l.
egg, 8 yolks
sugar, 350 gr.
cinnamon, 1 stick
A lemon peel

 

Preparation: Bring half of the milk, cinnamon and lemon to a boil. In a bowl, mix the egg yolks, milk and sugar and stir. Pour this mixture gradually over the boiling milk. Stir gently, always in the same direction, while boiling. When it starts to thicken, pass through a strainer and let cool.
