Fresh tuna Empanada (Pie)

Ingredients

Stuffing:
Fresh tuna bone it and remove the skin), 1kg. Cut into small pieces

green pepper, 1 cut into pieces

Dough:
flour
eggs, 4
butter, 1/4 kg.
salt
water

 

Preparation: Heat oil in a frying pan. Sauté the garlic cloves, add the onion, peppers, bacon, saffron and bay. Stir well and add the tuna. When done, remove from heat.

Dough: Dough: In a big bowl, make a mountain of flour, add 4 eggs, salt, ¼ butter and water. Prepare the dough quickly and let settle, spreading every ¼ hour and folding three times into 4 parts.

Split the dough into two halves, spread one half and bake. Cover this layer with the mixture; spread the other half on top. Make a hole in the middle so that it does not blow up. Bake for ¾ hour.
