Preparation: Reserve a little milk in a cup. Cook the cinnamon, the lemon peel
and the remaining milk. Mix flour and sugar, stirring till everything is
dissolved. . Add the
boiling milk. Stir heavily with a wooden spatula for approximately 5
minutes, adding the egg yolks. Remove from heat and pour into a buttered
plate. Cut into pieces, coat with flour and beaten egg and fry in oil with
a few lemon peels. |
