Fried milk

Ingredients (4 persons)

milk, 1 l.
flour, 75 gr.
sugar, 80 gr.
egg, 2 yolks
cinnamon, 1 stick
lemon peel, 1
Oil
Butter

 

Preparation: Reserve a little milk in a cup. Cook the cinnamon, the lemon peel and the remaining milk. Mix flour and sugar, stirring till everything is dissolved. .

Add the boiling milk. Stir heavily with a wooden spatula for approximately 5 minutes, adding the egg yolks. Remove from heat and pour into a buttered plate. Cut into pieces, coat with flour and beaten egg and fry in oil with a few lemon peels.
