Herbal Chicken

Ingredients

chicken legs 4 pcs
lemon juice 2 tbsp
salt 1 tsp

Seasonings

chopped onion 1 tbsp
minced garlic 1/2 tsp
minced ginger 1/2 tsp
cloves powder 1/4 tsp
cinnamon powder 1/4 tsp
cumin powder 1/4 tsp
pepper powder 1/4 tsp

 

Method

1.        Rinse chicken legs and mix with lemon juice and salt. Set aside for about 20 minutes. Mix with marinade and leave for 4 hours.

2.        Preheat oven over 210 oC for 15 minutes before use.

3.        Place in a single layer on a baking tray and place in a hot oven 210 oC for 25 minutes or until cooked. Can be eaten cold.
