Herbal Chicken

Method |
1.
Rinse chicken legs and mix with lemon juice and salt. Set
aside for about 20 minutes. Mix with marinade and leave for 4 hours.
2.
Preheat oven over 210 oC for 15 minutes before use.
3.
Place in a single layer on a baking tray and place in a hot
oven 210 oC for 25 minutes or until cooked. Can be eaten cold.
