Octopus with unskinned potatoes

Ingredients (8 persons)

octopus, 2 kgs.
potatoes, 2 kgs.
onions, 3
sweet red peppersl, 2
garlic, 2 cloves
oil, 1/4 litre
bay, 2 leaves
paprika, 1 tablespoon
salt

 

Preparation :Once cooked, cut the octopus into thin slices. Boil the octopus water (approximately a litre) in a pan. At boiling point, add the potatoes cut into small pieces and let cook while the octopus is being prepared for the stew. Heat oil in a frying pan, add peppers, onions and crushed garlic, sauté till they turn golden brown, more like cooked in the oil, add the octopus, stir and add the paprika and the bay leaves. Mix with the potatoes, let cook and bake for 15 minutes.
