Ox cutlet

Ingredients (2 persons)

ox cutlet, 1 of1,250 kgs.
sea salt
oak wood embers

 

Preparation: Make a fire with oak wood in a barbecue and let burn until reduced to embers. Season the cutlet on both sides and place on a grill. When the meat begins to smoke, turn it over and grill to taste. If you like it undercooked, the fire should be stronger and it should be done soon. Otherwise, it should be grilled for a little longer.
