Roast Kid

Ingredients (6 persons)

kid, 1 of 3 kg.
onion
tomato
carrot
green peppers
oil
white wine
salt
garlic
parsley

 

Preparation: Cut the kid into 6 pieces and season with salt. Place in a baking dish on a bed of onion, tomato, carrots and green peppers, with a little oil and white wine.

When sautéed, pour chopped garlic and parsley over.

Continue cooking, always on a low heat. Garnish with potatoes.
