Preparation: Dice the potatoes in a casserole. Add garlic, parsley, pepper,
the bay leaf and water enough to cover the potatoes.
When the
potatoes are half-cooked, add salmon, also diced. After 5 minutes of
cooking, add the tomato, thinly chopped, and the onion sautéed with 3
tablespoons of oil. Add salt to taste and serve very hot. |
