Snappers with Worcestershire Sauce

Ingredients
frozen snappers 1 box
corn flour 2 tbsp
worcestershire sauce 3 tbsp
Seasonings
wine 1 tsp
pepper pinch
Method
  1. Defrost snappers. Rinese and wipe dry, Marinate with seasonings for 20 minutes.
  2. Drain away the seasonings from snappers. Dust with corn flour. Deep-fry in hot oil till slightly browned. Remove and drain. Dish up and serve with Worcestershire sauce.
