Stewed Chicken
Wings in Oyster Sauce

Method |
1.
Rinse chicken wings and wipe dry. Marinate with seasonings
(1) for 20 minutes. Scald in boiling oil. Dish up and drain.
2.
Heat 2 tbsp oil. Saute ginger slices, spring onion sections
and garlic slices until fragrant. Return chicken wings to wok. Spinkle with
wine. Add seasoning (2). Boil again. Stew for about 5 minutes until done. Put in
sesame oil. Stir well. Serve.
