Stewed Chicken Wings in Oyster Sauce

Ingredients

mid-joint chicken wings 10 oz
ginger 2 slices
garlic (sliced) 2 cloves
spring onion 1 stalk

Seasoning
1.
light soy 1 tsp
sugar 1/2 tsp
pepper pinch
ginger wine 1 tsp

Seasonings

2.
oyster sauce 2 tbsp
dark soy sauce 1 tsp
light soy sauce 1 tsp
sugar 1/2 tsp
pepper pinch
water 1/2 cup

 

Method

1.        Rinse chicken wings and wipe dry. Marinate with seasonings (1) for 20 minutes. Scald in boiling oil. Dish up and drain.

2.        Heat 2 tbsp oil. Saute ginger slices, spring onion sections and garlic slices until fragrant. Return chicken wings to wok. Spinkle with wine. Add seasoning (2). Boil again. Stew for about 5 minutes until done. Put in sesame oil. Stir well. Serve.
