Stir-fried Beef
with Kale
1.
Slice beef and marinate with seasonings.
2.
Heat some oil and soak beet slices until done. Take
out and drain. 3.
Rinse kale and section. Then
blanch with pinch of salt and oil in water until done. Take out and drain.
4.
Put in beef slices, ginger, kale and sauce. Stir
well. Dish up and serve. |
