Vegetables in tomato vinaigrette

Ingredients

Pasta:
chicken breast, 1
eggs, 6 whites
single cream, 5 dl.
salt
pepper
Vegetables:
marrow
carrots
broccoli
green beans
mushrooms, cooked and sliced - placed into a bowl

 

Preparation: Remove the skin, grease and nerves from the breast and crush it; strain or sift the pasta, with the help of a spatula. Add the whites and the milk cream to this mashed pasta and season. Stir well and put in the fridge for 2 or 3 hours. Grease the bowl where the dish is being prepared and put a thin layer of pasta and vegetables. Repeat the operation till the bowl is full. Cook in the oven for an hour at medium temperature.

Tomato vinaigrette: We prepare vinaigrette by grinding olive oil, apple vinegar, salt, pepper and ripe tomatoes.
